This class is programmed in 4-week increments so you can track your weights & progress. Great for the novice or experienced lifter. All movements scaled to participants experience and comfort level. Bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, machines all used in this class.
Muscle endurance, cardio endurance & power moves are the focus of this heart-pumping sweat session. Slam balls, battle rope, prowler, rower, dumbbells, TRX are used in this class.
A creative blend of yoga-inspire flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences and strength training exercises.
